WHAT ARE YOU EATING?

Do you know what you are eating? Most foods have labels! Most restuarants have nutritional information on their food! Read before you eat! If not, you may be seeing more of yourself! Follow directions, then comment on the activity! If you are the 1st to blog, you do not have to comment on someone else's blog, but if you are not, be sure to comment on another student's comment to receive full credit.

  3. reading through this i found out that one serving is less than you think and we, everyday people, eat more than what we should which is causing the U.S. to be the fattest country

  4. All of the information that was given was intresting. I learned a lot and i also learned how to read the nutrition label to see what is healthy and whats not healthy for you and your body.

I think most of america doesnt relize that we take in way more calories then we should and thats why we are a fat country.i agree with stacie when she said that americans that dont care about eating the fatty foods were exposed to, we have a higher chance of eating 2x or 3x as much calories as we need to.
